Keep The Streak

Building a habit, or making a change, requires consistent and persistent action.

There are numerous tactics that can help us show up in this manner.

One of the tactics I use is to keep my streak going.

In the early days of writing this blog, being part of a group challenge made a huge difference. I wrote more about this in the article, The Google Sheet Made Me Do It .

And, now as I show up to write, I number the posts and celebrate keeping my streak going.

As with all things related to human behaviour, what works for one person, or for one type of change, doesn’t work for another. Which is why we need a full bag of tools available.

Keeping the streak is one such tool.
