Worth Celebrating

What is worth celebrating?

A question I have been contemplating with a plethora of firsts, lasts, milestone birthdays and other ‘worthy’ celebrations happening in my world.

It has me wondering, what else is worth celebrating?

To which, of course, the answer is anything is worth celebrating if it is worth it to us.

Middles.

Non-milestone birthdays.

False starts.

Penultimates.

Random moments.

This is the premise behind a regular gratitude, or joy, practice. When we reflect and celebrate on a daily basis, we change the way we work and live, what we notice and value, and we literally rewire our brains along the way.

Now that is worth celebrating, don’t you agree.
