To reflect back on what transpired.

To consider what might have been.

To celebrate something.

To reset for tomorrow.

To identify opportunities for change.

To be grateful.

To let go.

And,

To commit, and recommit.

When we build in regular reflection time it provides the opportunity to reinforce, acknowledge and improve. It is vital for continuing to learn and grow.
