Thank You, Thank Me

Take a moment,

to thank yourself.

These words at the end of a guided meditation is a good reminder as we approach the end of the working week.

Most advice reinforces the need for recognition, gratitude and thanks to others in our work and lives, and there’s no doubt about the importance of doing so.

And, for a boost of confidence and conviction it is equally important to appreciate what we bring, and not to take ourselves for granted.
