Something New
Try something new.
A simple statement that has been a regular inclusion on my intentions for the week for many years.
Sometimes it is a new idea to explore,
a switch up for lunch or dinner,
practicing a new skill, and/or
reading and learning about a new concept.
Whatever I choose, it becomes a practice of curiosity and growth as I go about the daily realities of work and life. It allows me to feel comfortable in the uncertainty of not knowing, and to regularly take small steps and larger leaps.
And, most of all, it is fun.
