Savour Moments

When we have a full plate, it is difficult to find the space to savour things.

Finish one thing.

Great. Done.

Move on the the next.

It can be easy to fall into a habit of done, tick, next. Over and over and over again.

When we find ourselves in this habit, the voice of change rings loudly in our ears.

This isn’t a race to see how quickly we can move through the work and life list of to-do’s.

And whilst there will always be times when things are all happening at once, we must take some time to stop, breathe and savour the moment.

Savour one thing.

Great. Done.

Move on to the next.

Now that feels better, don’t you agree.
