Clearing Your Head
Do you ever suffer from that full-head feeling?
Years ago I remember seeing a television ad for toothbrushes where a cartoon character had a “flip top head”.
Sometimes I wish I had a flip top head where I could just empty all of the information in it.
We may not be physically built in such a way, but finding relief from that full head feeling is possible.
Whether it be through journalling, writing a list, talking to someone, delegating and sharing the load, making a plan, or a mind-clearing meditation, it makes a world of difference.
With an easing of the pressure, comes clear thought and an ability to move forward.
It sounds simple, and whilst it isn’t always, it sure is worth a try, don’t you agree?
