Nothing Is Certain

Nothing is certain.

As I’ve watched a variety of sporting events through the weekend, the challenge with predicting outcomes is apparent.

Of course, that’s what makes sport fun.

In our workplaces we often struggle with uncertainty, and we yearn for control.

What if took the sporting lesson into our working week?

Accepting that

nothing is certain, and

control is an illusion,

might be the injection of fun that our work needs, don’t you agree.
