It’s a great motto to live by.
In an online meeting today, someone shared their screen so that we could work through a document. I observed a couple of shortcuts that they were using in the process.
A curious question led us to press pause on the meeting’s main purpose for a few minutes, get a mini-lesson on these shortcuts, and then get back to work.
We all came away with new knowledge that will be useful to the way we do this work in the future.
Being aware, and taking advantage, of these moments is what defines a learning mindset and workplace culture.
