Keep Going

This time last year I was at the midway point of undertaking the 5-day, 135km Cape to Cape trek, raising money for local charity Zero to Hero.

When we’re at the midpoint of anything, we can often have mixed feelings.

Exhilaration and relief for how far we’ve come.

Anticipation and anxiety of how far there is still to go.

One thing I’ve learned many a time over, and particularly reinforced on the walk last year, is that it’s all about putting one foot in front of the other.

Whether we’re at the start, midpoint, or close to done, keep going.
