It’s Contagious

It’s contagious …

We’ve understandably learned to be wary of these two words.

Yet today as I spent time with an enthusiastic person, I found myself rising to the energy.

It was a contagious conversation.

It reminded me of all the positive things that are contagious:

laughter

enthusiasm

ideas

curiosity

joy

playfulness.

All things that we could do with a little more of in our workplaces.

I wonder, how might we be the one to start the spread?
