Ideas Time

“I have some new ideas …”

These were the words of someone about to embark on a new role at work.

As they went through these ideas, the thought, energy and care shone through. It was evident that they were motivated by the opportunity to take on this new role and intent to make a real difference.

A reminder of how someone stepping into a new role can bring positive energy and change to a team’s culture.

Of course, we don’t need to wait until we’re in a new role or place.

We get to say “I have some new ideas …” with thought, energy and care any time we please.
