Ideas Expand
Two heads are better than one, as the saying goes.
Yes, there is much we can achieve on our own when we set some time aside for some thinking, planning, ideating, creating, writing, implementing, or anything else.
And, there’s something extra special that happens when we do this with someone else.
It might be a conversation over coffee.
It might be a purposeful exchange in a meeting.
It might be a (seemingly) unrelated comment made by someone in passing.
It might be a dedicated workshop to explore what is possible.
On these occasions, ideas flourish. What starts as a small spark can become a fantastic fireworks display as we participate in the iterative process of wondering aloud, listening and observing, asking questions and posing possibilities.
Together we build and grow, and expand from where we started and what we end up with is something bigger, better, and more fit for purpose.
All through being curious and open, sharing our ideas and work, and connecting with a fellow human being.
