Finding Clarity

Here’s a challenge for you.

8 words.

Can you find 8 words to communicate the change you seek to make?

A couple of years ago I participated in a competition to write an 8 word story for the Queensland Writers Centre. It was just for fun. Eight is my lucky number, and as someone known for verbosity, it was a bit of a mental challenge to see if I could distil an idea into less words than I’d normally use 🤔 It was difficult but I did it. Reading many of the entries, it was amazing how much you can portray in 8 words.

So, can you do it? Can you distil the change you seek to make into 8 words?

Do those 8 words clearly tell the story of your change? How might you use that story to guide you on the way? How might you tell that story to others?

Lack of clarity can be a real stumbling block in making change happen.

Can you find clarity in 8 words?
