Culture of Change

Questions are at the heart of a healthy workplace culture.

Who? What? How? When? Why? Where? What if? What about?

Asking questions removes our tendency to assume; deepens our understanding; and gives others permission to ask, too.

Asking questions is a pathway to learning and growth; to new ideas and opportunities; and for making change happen.

I’m reminded of the quote from physicist, Richard Feynman, “I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.”

Many workplaces have traditionally valued answers over questions.

I’m curious, do you think we’re ready for a change?
