Circle Of Change

Today I made a change.

A small, simple change (as most are) yet one that can make a real difference.

After reading a LinkedIn post, I discovered the importance of capitalising your hashtags to make them accessible. #ForExample #JustLikeThis

In the words of poet, Maya Angelou, when you know better, do better.

It is the positive circle of change in action. We remain curious and open. We learn new things. We adapt and change our behaviour. We get better outcomes, for ourselves and others.

And so the circle turns.
