I’m Hungry

I’m hungry!

With a teenager in the house these are two words I hear often.

I also get to hear a lot of hungry talk in the workplaces I work with.

People who are:

Craving change

Committed to new ideas

Eager for innovation

Yearning for discovery

Dedicated to learning

Intent on improvement

Determined to succeed

And, in the same way I might guide said teenager to what lies within the kitchen, the opportunities and possibility that abound in our workplaces make for a veritable feast.

Which makes me wonder (as I stretch this metaphor right to the very end 😉), what’s on your change menu this week?
