Change Your Mind

It’s okay to change your mind.

Whether it is what you feel like eating for dinner, or that dream goal you’ve aspired to for a long time, it’s okay to  choose something different.

Too often we hear stories of those who have reached their pinnacle only to wonder, ‘is this it?!?’. That disappointment upon attaining a goal often comes from too little time really examining what it is we’re seeking.

When we give ourselves the time and space for reflection and recalibration we can discover something that once sparked joy, or made sense for us to pursue, has changed as we have changed.

As psychologist, William James, noted: “If you can change your mind, you can change your life.”

And, that might be just what we are seeking, after all.
