Better Together

A problem shared is a problem halved. So goes this popular proverb.

I’d also offer up the saying that an idea shared is an idea multiplied.

Both are built on the premise of sharing and working with others.

We may feel like it is all up to us, to find the answers, solve the problems, come up with new ideas and implement the changes.

As Mother Teresa so aptly put it: You can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do. Together we can do great things.

When we are brave and bold, set down our expectations for ourselves and others, and are open to working together, not only do we get a greater outcome, work and life become more satisfying and fun.

I’m curious to know when you have reaped the benefits of together being better?
