Puzzle or Problem?
Crosswords. Sudoko. Jigsaws. Wordle. All the other “ordle” games.
Many of us enjoy spending time on a puzzle, or two.
What if we brought the same level of curiosity, challenge and fun that we do with a puzzle to those problems we solve in the workplace?
Perhaps they become less of a negative source of angst and conflict, and more a source of workplace satisfaction.
If the recent global success of a game like Wordle shows us, we humans enjoy puzzling over something every day, and we like doing it together.
