What Do You Notice?

In his book, The Creative Act, Rick Rubin writes: Look for what you notice but no one else sees.

What an invitation.

In the hubbub of daily work and life, much can be hiding out of sight. Until we look closer, with intention and ask ourselves, what am I noticing?

In it we might find inspiration and ideas, and an opportunity for deeper inquiry.

In it we may unlock the key to learning, growth and change.

How might you take up this invitation to move away from noise and distraction, and move toward noticing? What discovery might be hiding within?
