Clear The Plate

In an all-you-can-eat smorgasbord restaurant experience, we can find ourselves with our plate piled high and a diverse array of foods.

After a few mouthfuls, we often realise that we are going to struggle to clear the plate.

Monday’s can be like that.

We continue to spoon all of the to-do’s on to our plate for the day and week ahead, only to realise that we can only make it through a few mouthfuls.

Food tastes better, and to-do’s feel better, when we are discerning and remain mindful of what we really need.

Staring at a mountain of food? I’m curious, which are the morsels that will best fill your day and week ahead?
