Just as we will always discover evidence of all that isn’t going as well as we would like,
we can purposely switch it up, and
choose to discover the evidence of all that is going well.
A regular practice of gratitude and reflection might seem like a passing fad, yet when make them an integral part of our routines and rituals we literally rewire our brains to see and feel the positive in all that we do.
