Tomorrow Today

My coffee mug reads:

Tomorrow. The place where all productivity, motivation and achievement is stored.

Ha ha, procrastination, my friend.

It can come in the form of distraction. Can someone pull me out of this google hole?

It can come in the form of hope. I’m sure tomorrow I’ll have more energy and focus.

It can come in the form of research. Today I’ll do some reading and learning, ready for tomorrow.

It can come in the form of planning. I’ve got that calendar filled with plans for tomorrow and tomorrow’s tomorrow.

I wonder if my second cuppa should be in the mug labelled: Today. The place where I can start or do some small things and keep making progress.

Take that, tomorrow.
