Today’s Seeds

Today’s seeds are tomorrow’s trees.

Many of our workplaces are rife with short-term outlooks and performative behaviours.

When seeking more than that, it is worthwhile asking:

What are you planting?

Seeds of growth.

Seeds of learning.

Seeds of culture.

Seeds of change.

Even when we won’t get to see the trees we grow, planting seeds for good is a good thing to do.
