What happens when we have lots of projects and multiple goals on the go at once?

What happens when we reach the tipping point that can lead to overcommitment and overwhelm?

The tricky bit is knowing where that point is. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to tipping points. What might be my ideal level might feel overwhelming to you. Or vice versa.

We won’t always get it right on the way to determining what is working for us and what isn’t. If we want to pursue lots of things and work at a healthy, optimum level it helps to remain self aware and mindful of the tipping points, and adjust accordingly.
