Time To Play

It is a happy talent to know how to play.

I think Ralph Waldo Emerson was spot on when he wrote this.

Play is a vital part of being human, and something I am always encouraging within our workplaces.

Play helps us build strong relationships, is a pathway to learning and innovation, and is good for our overall wellbeing. What’s not to love about play.

We’ve been led to think that play is reserved for those in their first few years of life. Not so.

Perhaps this in-between week is a great time to reconnect with your inner child and rediscover the joy and wonder that can be found in play.

I’m curious, how might you develop your talent for play?
