Super Speedy

It seems that our inner procrastinator has a lot in common with a 3 year old child.

Tackling that must-do project is much like asking said toddler to put their shoes on.

“I don’t want to…”

Setting a shoe-putting-on challenge for a toddler is a great way of making it fun and avoiding any meltdowns. I remember all too well offering up the game of “let’s see if we can get your socks on before I have your toast ready” - it worked every time.

Setting ourselves a similar challenge to get that thing done is a tactic that works just as well.

And, our inner procrastinator will be so pleased to hear how “super speedy and clever” they are, don’t you agree.
