Start, Stop, Keep Doing
Multitasking is a fallacy.
I know it. The research confirms it.
And yet, I persist.
Chances are we all have a list of things we know aren’t as effective, useful, or beneficial as we think they are.
When I look at my Start Doing; Stop Doing; and Keep Doing lists, it might be time to move multitasking from Keep to Stop.
