Space To Breathe

Remember to make space to breathe.

It seems such an obvious thing, and yet.

Our days are all too often overcrowded and harried. To function well, our minds and bodies need breathing space.

With space comes time, perspective and clarity. We can get out of the weeds of doing, and zoom out to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going. The challenges before us chrystalise; the solutions become clearer; the decisions easier.

With space comes calm. We can slow down and go deeper into our work; the work that matters and makes a difference.

Our work, our thinking, our relationships and our selves are all the better for breathing space, don’t you agree?
