Seek Feedback

To seek change demands that we seek feedback.

It is vital that we know how we are progressing, what we can tweak along the way, and how we can keep on track for where we are heading.

Stephen Covey wrote: it takes humility to seek feedback and it takes wisdom to understand it, analyse it and appropriately act on it.

It is helpful to have people in our work and life who we trust enough to ask for feedback.

And people to whom we will listen, ask deeper questions and from there, to take action.

Feedback, learning, growth and change are all part of the loop to help us make change happen.

I’m curious, are you seeking enough feedback to support the change you seek?
