Seasonal Change

One of my favourite types of change is seasonal change.

The beginning of a new season is a marker in our year for reflection and projection.

The best part about seasonal change is that we get to see evidence of change all around us. Nature becomes a guide for what is changeable, what we might focus on and a source of ideas and inspiration.

Moving into Spring provides the energy of more light and sunshine. We see signs of new growth and life. We start to consider what might be new on our own horizons. We feel positivity from the blue skies and slightly warmer days. We may literally gain a spring in our steps.

And, on the other side of the globe right now, nature’s focus turns to preparation for winter. It is a time to shed what we no longer need, and for gathering more of what we will need. Looking ahead to what might be and planning accordingly.

There are many a lesson to be found in nature about learning and growth and change.

I’m curious, what’s changing in your world right now.
