Rest & Reset
I just can’t think …
These words from a colleague; trying to push through albeit tired and weary at the end of a long week.
They are not alone. Many of us arrive at the end of a working week with little left in the tank. It is the unfortunate reality associated with our busy-ness bias, both in work and life.
What if we took our struggle to think (or do) any more as the sign to stop.
Rest.
Replenish.
Rethink.
