What’s wrong with my battery?

This was a question I was asking about my computer, although there are times I could ask it of myself, too.

Energy is something we often expect to come into the week with an abundance of. The opportunity to step off the treadmill for a couple of days, allows us to rest and refresh for a new working week.

And when that isn’t the case, it is worth reflecting on how much of what we do, think and feel contributes to filling our batteries, or draining our batteries.

I know that, for me, when the basics like sleep, movement and hydration are out of kilter, it can really have an effect. Making adjustments and adding in a few of my battery-filling activities is just what I need.
