Reflection Moments
Time to reflect.
The rhythm of my week always includes a moment to pause. With gratitude for what has been, and with hope for what is to come.
It’s never an arduous task that I force myself to do, instead a set of questions to consider as I go about work and life. When time allows, it will be involve taking a moment for tea and thoughts - a calming ritual to end the week with. When the day is full, my subconscious will do the heavy lifting for me, sifting the gems to the surface.
What am I looking forward to? Where have I been? What am I aiming for? What have I achieved? What new opportunities await me? What will I press pause (or stop) on?
