Reflect On Progress

My end of week reflection includes considering any resistance I may have encountered.

It helps to observe where friction, tension, or procrastination show up and impact on progress made. It helps to recognise and confront the resistance in our work. It helps to know the targets for improvement.

I’m also reminded of the saying that we never need to force things when they are aligned with who we are.

So, it helps to expand our reflection to include those areas where we have experienced ease and flow.

It helps to observe where our work and life is aligned, and how that enables progress and satisfaction.

And, there’s nothing more satisfying than reflecting on how we can move closer to the change we seek, don’t you agree.
