Real Quiet

Real quiet.

Elusive - perhaps, non-existent - for many of us in our work and lives.

In his talk titled The Art of Stillness, travel writer Pico Iyer reminds us that when we spend time in ‘real quiet’ we are able to tap into our ‘fresh, creative and joyful’ energy and experiences.

We intuitively know the benefits of taking time out, pausing and reflecting.

It’s the weekend and an opportunity to close that knowing-doing gap. How might you refresh and refuel by finding some real quiet?
