Re-charge Time

Yikes, my battery is on red.

As the day ends, I notice my phone battery has turned to red. It’s a sign that I should stop what I’m doing and re-charge it.

It makes me wonder …

what signs do we have when our battery has turned to red,

are we looking out for them, and

are we taking action when we see them?

Our energy and health is vital, and as we reflect on the week that was, it is a good time to ask, do I need re-charging?
