Pushing Change

What happens when we push too hard?

There are times when we want something to change so badly that we feel the need to force it. Yet, despite our pushing, nothing changes.

Similarly to the lessons from physics, we need to consider what other forces are at play.

❓ What forces are pushing back when we push?

❓ What is causing movement in a different direction to what we expected?

❓ What tension is keeping things from moving at all?

❓What friction is stopping our progress?

Perhaps extra force isn’t what our change needs, after all.
