Playing Games

Author Roald Dahl once said, Life is more fun if you play games.

Games are fun, don’t you think?

When we think about playing games at work, it has traditionally been associated with power and politics and is seen as a negative. It doesn’t have to be.

Playing games at work can be about our own goals, habits and achievements.

We can set ourselves

personal challenges,

work on daily streaks,

play with pomodoros and other productivity hacks,

celebrate weekly wins,

And a whole host of other game-like ideas to increase focus, motivation and the energy to keep working toward our goals.

Games are good, games are fun … what if you played at work and won?
