Playground Of Work

Do you believe work can be a playground for your future self?

When I observed someone use these words to describe their experience, it reminds me of how important it is to examine our underpinning beliefs about work.

If work is a playground, it allows us to

bring curiosity and wonder to our endeavours,

explore and discover opportunities,

experiment and try new things,

and in doing so, we grow, develop and become our future self.

All by virtue of the experience of our work.

Wow, work as a playground for our future self sounds like a lot of fun, don’t you agree.
