Not A Game

In the game on my phone, I have the option of a pause, resume, and restart button.

Not to mention the ultimate OFF button.

There are days when it would be good to have these buttons in the game of work.

Perhaps we already do 🤔

Pause - take time out, a walk around the block, clear your mind

Resume - when we’re feeling refreshed, we can continue where we left off

Restart - turn to a new page, scrap what isn’t working, start again

Off - close down the laptop, switch off the phone, switch off, sleep

I’m curious, which button might you find most useful?
