Judgement Calls

It’s a judgement call.

Much of what we do is.

The sun was still shining when I decided to bring the washing in from outside. The few items that were still damp may well have dried overnight.

But I had to make a call.

While the days are getting warmer, the temperature drops quickly overnight.

Everything we do requires a judgement and we make the decision on the best information we have available at the time.

When we get comfortable in knowing that it’s okay to make that call, that’s when we can make real progress in moving forward. Things might change, it may be proven to be wrong, and we may need to adapt accordingly.

It’s as the saying goes, “good decisions come from experience; experience comes from bad decisions.”

The judgement call becomes easier with every decision we make, don’t you agree?
