Reflecting on the week that was, how did YAY show up in your work and life? Was there enough?

Yay appears when we’re doing work that is fun and meaningful. We experience yay when we are working in flow with our team. Yay provides us with a feeling of satisfaction, and a good laugh. With yay, we engage fully and are motivated for more.

Yay is a worthwhile element to seek in our workplace and team cultures.

I think my magnet is wise, More Yay! is a good goal to have.
