Little Changes

Little things matter,

and, sometimes we underestimate how much so.

As the discipline of change management has evolved and formalised, it is often reserved for the big changes and can be a complex and involved process.

The reality is we undertake change management activities every single day.

It may be communicating meeting detail changes.

It may be adapting to a client request.

It may be needing a team member to focus on an unexpected priority.

Everyday moments in our working life where we are flexing and adapting to get things done and meet today’s - and tomorrow’s - goals.

These little things matter. How we communicate and support our teams through these moments sets the foundation of success in the big moments.

I’m curious, how are you navigating the everyday change in your workplace?
