Less Stress

While going for a walk I observed someone in training with a heavily weighted backpack.

It was obvious that it was a struggle and that they were doing their best to push through.

Too often in work, and life, we end up carrying weight on our shoulders that we didn’t intend. Little by little it builds and we can end up struggling and doing our best to push through.

It’s not ideal for our wellbeing and our work.

What if we could treat this as a temporary weight that we might carry when training for a hike?

Pick it up. Put it down. Have weight free days. It might be just what we need to lighten the load.
