Every day we have the opportunity to discover, develop and grow.
Learning can come from reflecting on our own actions - what do my thoughts, feelings and behaviour have to teach me?
Learning can come from observing others in action - how do others show up, communicate and honour the work they do?
Learning can come from understanding the impact of our environment - what is unique about this particular scenario and how does it impact our outcomes?
To always be learning is to take the lessons we discover
… to reinforce what works,
… to change and improve what can be better, and
… to feed it forward to help others learn and grow.
