Productivity tactic? Procrastination habit?

Why aren’t you doing “the thing”? This question might be met with the response that it helps to clear the deck of the smaller things, allowing for energy and focus on the bigger thing. To which “eat the frog” advice may arrive and have us wondering if procrastination has edged its way into our patterns of working.

There is, of course, no one way to get stuff done. One person’s “eat the frog” approach is another person’s stuck. One person’s “clear the decks” is another’s busywork.

It is, however, helpful to reflect on our go-to methods and consider how well they serve us.

What progress are we making on both the little and big things?

What are our most useful productivity tactics, and our least helpful procrastination habits?
