Fixing Bugs

We’ve fixed some bugs …

Most of us are familiar with a software or app changes that gives us a brand new version, minus the bugs.

What if the bugs persist?

What if they’re not bugs, after all?

It’s not solely our tech that often promises a bug fix, only for us to later discover that the broken parts are purposely in-built, systemic features. They’re not so easy to eradicate with a simple update.

When it comes to fixing things properly, and embedding change, it’s always worth asking: is it a bug, or a feature?
