Find Our Way

Our way is ours to find. ⠀

So often we are given the direction, provided with the answers, told what to do, or think in workplaces, and elsewhere in life.

When I read this quote from Ella Baker:

give light and people will find the way

it reinforces that our role as a leader, or a coach, or a parent, or a friend is to provide the light so others can see what they need to see. To help them grow and learn and to steer their own ship in the direction they need to go.⠀

I believe this can be one of our greatest gifts to others, don't you think?
